Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Effective Pest Services website and requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Effective Pest Services provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout Northern Colorado. Our services include quarterly pest treatments, ant control, cockroach control, rodent exclusion and control, bee and wasp removal, spider control, and commercial pest management.

Specific service details, pricing, and terms are provided during the free estimate process and outlined in individual service agreements.

Service Agreements

Certain services, including our Year Round Protection Plan (quarterly treatments), require a signed service agreement. The terms of service delivery, payment, warranty coverage, and cancellation are outlined in the individual service agreement provided to each customer.

Warranty / Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to customers enrolled in our quarterly treatment plan. If covered pests return between scheduled treatments, we will return to re-treat at no additional cost. The specific warranty terms and covered pests are detailed in your service agreement.

Referral Program

Our referral program provides a $40 credit to both the referring customer and the referred customer when the referred customer signs up for the Year Round Protection Plan. Credits are applied after the referred customer's first service is completed. Program terms are subject to change.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users' access.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Effective Pest Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Effective Pest Services provides pest control services with professional care and in accordance with industry standards. While we strive for effective pest elimination, results may vary based on factors including pest species, property conditions, environmental factors, and customer cooperation with recommended prevention measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Effective Pest Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
